A Day of Art: September 11th Workshop

Are you an artist? Want to work on your artist statement? Probably not, right? But an artist statement is an integral part of showing work and preparing for public relations events during an exhibition. 

The Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition is hosting a workshop on September 11th from 12 - 3 PM to help you put together a cohesive and useful artist statement. A series of interactive exercises led by Elizabeth Downing, artist and writer, and Janice McCormick, writer, will help jump-start your writing process. This event is sponsored by the Arts and Humanities Council and the Visual Arts Center of Tulsa.
